Today marks World Quantum Day, a day to acknowledge and celebrate quantum science and technology around the world. Quantum physics has been a dynamic field of research across the world for nearly 100 years. Scientific progress over many generations has spawned a new generation of technologies: quantum computers, quantum-secure communications,...
The European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC) is excited to announce its participation at Q2B - the world's leading quantum computing conference, organized by QC WARE taking place on March 7 - 8, 2024 at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse in Paris, France. The conference brings together the most renowned suppliers, investors,...
The European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC) is delighted to announce that valuable insights from our Strategic Industry Roadmap (SIR), which represents the common long-term perspective of our Members on the three Quantum Technologies pillars (quantum computing, quantum communication and quantum sensing & metrology), their enabling technologies and adjacent subjects such...
The activities of the association are centered on Working Groups, which explore a wide spectrum of subjects: from ones closely related to the technologies (state of the art, use cases, strategic roadmaps) to enabling subjects such as standard, intellectual properties, education, and ecosystem development. Together, these work groups are the core components of QuIc and serve the overall mission of the association.
QuIC Expert Groups bring together QuIC members with common expertise in one of the four main technology verticals of the quantum ecosystem: Quantum Computing and Simulation, Quantum Communications, Quantum Sensing and Metrology, and Enabling Technologies. Each group addresses general tasks eminating from WG – MTU, WG – MTI and WG – SIR, as well as tackling jointly defined objectives key to advancing its technology perimeter and related government policies.
